Rebecca Barnhart lost 63 pounds!
When I joined Weight Watchers® in August of 2003 I weighed 208 lbs. Now almost two years later I am down to 145 lbs and feeling great. I try to eat low calorie and low fat foods. I love pizza! I was hesitant at first to order a fat-free pizza off the Internet, but was pleasantly surprised to find how good they really are. Some of my favorite toppings are ham and pineapple or onions and peppers. Sometimes I just add salsa! I try to keep my freezer stocked with these 210 calorie (3 Point®) pizzas at all times. Thank you Pizza Free for making these wonderful fat-free pizzas, now I can still eat pizza while on a diet.
