Marcie Roberts lost 67 pounds!
When I started my diet, I weighed 240lbs, wearing a size 20,
now I weigh 173 and wear a size 10. Before I began my diet,
my body fat was 48%, and now it is down to 32%. I still have
10 pounds to lose before I reach my target goal.
I woke up one morning and could no
longer fit in my “fat” pants so knew I had to do something.
I wanted to be able to run and play ball with my 9 year old
son.
That day I joined Curves®
and began the 30 minute circuit course. I also began walking
on the treadmill 3 times a week for 20 minutes. I dropped
over 20 lbs the first month! I now can run on the treadmill!
That is something that I never thought I would be able to
do. I reduced my calorie intake and increased my calorie
burn. I also keep a daily food log and eat 5 times a day to
keep my blood sugar stable. I have reeducated myself what to
eat and what to avoid.
I know that with Pizza Fit'n Free®,
it will be easier to maintain my goal weight and not feel
deprived.
