Denise DeSerio lost 155 pounds!
In January 2004, I began a weight-loss program. This time I was determined to do it the way I knew it had to be done: the "old-fashioned way". I started eating healthy foods and working out every day. No surgery, no diet pills, and no gimmicky diets. I just used intelligent eating habits and started an exercise program. I went from 305 pounds to a healthy 150—more than half of my body weight gone!
I know that the work is not over. Now comes the part where I have to maintain my new healthy weight for the rest of my life. It shouldn’t be too hard, though, as I just need to continue to eat healthy and exercise daily. But rest assured, Pizza Fit’n Free® will continue to be a part of my life!
